Where to Invest Your Resources
Gold and Skill Coins are finite early on. This guide ranks every major purchase by priority – from backpack upgrades and tool upgrades to guild store items – so you never waste currency on things you don’t need. Follow these tiers to accelerate your progression.
🪙 Gold Spending Priority (Early → Mid → Late)

- Friendship Bonus (Dragon Shrine) – up to +30%.
- Focus Bonus % (Dragon Shrine) – increases max XP multiplier from 100% to 200%.
- Decor capacity – only if you run out of space.
🚫 Avoid These Gold Wastes
- Buying seeds from Badruu – instead, use Seed Maker to produce your own from harvested crops.
- Buying basic resources (wood, stone, fiber) – they are free to gather.
- Paying for fast travel regularly – walk or use the daily free home return.
- Cosmetic outfits before essential upgrades – they give no gameplay benefit.
- Repairing low-tier tools – upgrade instead; repairs are expensive.
📅 Phase‑by‑Phase Summary
- Early (0–10 hours): Backpack, copper tools, second soil plot, chicken coop.
- Mid (10–40 hours): Iron tools, barn + cows, seed maker, preserves jar.
