Palia Guide Hub thrives on community knowledge. If you’ve discovered a great strategy, created a beautiful home layout, or have deep expertise in a skill, we want your contribution. This page explains how to submit your work for inclusion – you’ll get full credit and a permanent spot in the guide.
📝 What You Can Submit
- Written guides – Step‑by‑step tutorials for skills, quests, money making, romance, etc.
- Farming & home layouts – Detailed descriptions with images or diagrams.
- Data tables / spreadsheets – Comprehensive lists (e.g., full fish spawn times, gift preferences).
- Video guides (embedded) – YouTube or Twitch links with written summary.
- Interactive tools / calculators – If you can provide JavaScript code snippets.
- Translations – Help us support more languages.
📋 Submission Requirements
- Original content – Do not copy from other websites or claim others’ work as your own.
- Clear and accurate – Information should be up‑to‑date (based on current Palia patch).
- Proper formatting – Use headings, bullet points, and images if possible. Plain text is also accepted; we will format it.
- Images / screenshots – Preferably high‑resolution, hosted on Imgur or similar. Include captions.
- Contact info – Provide your in‑game name or Discord tag so we can credit you.
📬 How to Submit
Option 1: Email
Send your submission to contributions@paliaguidehub.com (placeholder; replace with actual address). Attach images or link to documents.
Option 2: Discord
Join our community Discord (invite link on main page) and post in #submissions channel. Ping an editor (@EditorTeam).
Option 3: Google Form
Use our submission form (link below). Allows file uploads up to 100MB.
Option 4: GitHub (for developers)
If you’re comfortable with Markdown/HTML, you can fork our repository and create a pull request. See the GitHub repo for details.
⏳ Review Process & Timeline
- Initial review by editor (1–3 business days).
- If accepted, you’ll receive a confirmation and possible request for minor edits.
- Guide is formatted and published on the appropriate sub‑page.
- You’ll be notified when it’s live and given a direct link.
- Major updates to your guide can be submitted as revisions.
Guides that are incomplete or off‑topic may be declined. You are welcome to resubmit after improvements.
🏆 Contributor Rewards
- Credit line – Your name (and social link if desired) will appear at the top of the guide.
- Contributor badge – On your profile within our Discord community.
- Featured placement – Exceptional guides may be highlighted on the homepage.
- Monetary reward – For very large or complex submissions (e.g., complete interactive calculator), we offer a small honorarium (discussed case by case).
✅ Do's and Don'ts of Submissions
- Write in clear, simple English (translations welcome).
- Include screenshots for visual guides.
- Test your instructions in the current game version.
- Cite sources if you use community data.
- Be respectful and constructive.
- Plagiarize from official wiki or other sites.
- Submit low‑effort or one‑sentence tips.
- Include exploits or cheats.
- Post affiliate links or ads.
- Submit the same guide to multiple channels.
